Regulation of Animal Health Supplements
The National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) was formed in April 2002 in response to the issue of the lack of an appropriate legal category for Dietary Supplements for Animals and apparent imminent initiatives proposed by regulatory bodies to remove many of these products from the marketplace. Since then, membership has grown to over 125 companies with both US and international members.
