The affected products were distributed to neighborhood pet stores in the following U.S. states and one Canadian province:
- Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Louisiana, California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Alaska
- Ontario, Canada
The product is packaged in 16 oz. chubs, including a specific Best By date and lot code printed on the packaging.
