Go Raw, LLC of Cottonwood Heights, Utah, is expanding its voluntary recall originally announced on February 19, 2026, due to low thiamine (Vitamin B1) levels in certain Quest cat food products.
According to the company announcement posted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), additional lots are now included in the recall, and the company has enacted a stop sale of all Quest products while investigating the source of the issue.
Thiamine is essential for cats, and prolonged deficiency can lead to serious health concerns.

Health Risk Information
Cats fed thiamine-deficient diets over time may develop thiamine deficiency. Early symptoms may include decreased appetite, salivation, vomiting, failure to grow, and weight loss.
In advanced cases, neurological symptoms may occur, including ventroflexion (bending of the neck toward the floor), mental dullness, vision changes, wobbly walking, circling, falling, and seizures.
Pet owners should contact their veterinarian immediately if their cat displays any of these symptoms. When treated promptly, thiamine deficiency is typically reversible.
What Consumers Should Do
Consumers who have purchased affected products should stop feeding them immediately and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
Replacement inventory is expected to begin reaching distribution channels around mid-March. Additional updates will be provided as the investigation continues.
