Claudia Cesarotti serves as NASC’s Marketing Specialist, bringing over 30 years of pet industry experience from her career as a pet groomer and business owner. Her unique background provides valuable insight into pet owners’ needs and concerns, particularly regarding the quality and safety of animal supplements.

Claudia holds a degree in Economics from Illinois State University and has earned certifications in content marketing and SEO through the American Writers and Artists Institute (AWAI).

Prior to joining NASC, Claudia was a long-time advocate for the NASC Quality Seal, consistently recommending seal-certified supplements to her grooming clients for over 20 years. Her front-line experience with pet owners informs her current work managing NASC’s social media presence, creating educational content, and supporting member communications. She is a member of American Pet Professionals and has appeared on the “Digging into the Pet Industry” podcast.

Claudia’s work helps expand awareness of the NASC Quality Seal among pet owners and supports the organization’s mission to promote quality standards in animal health supplements. Her day-to-day responsibilities include developing social content, managing inquiries, and assisting with the coordination of Preferred Supplier companies.

After more than three decades of owning and operating a grooming business, Claudia brings deep industry insight to her role at NASC. She lives in the Chicago area with her husband and keeps close ties with her two adult daughters.
